<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front guard for adjusting a clearance between a fittings frame and a door and eliminating a gap so as to be effective also on crime prevention. SOLUTION: The clearance between the frame C and the door is adjusted by providing a plurality of adjusting fittings B5 connected to a door end and the inner surface of a U-shaped batten A1 that can adjust the width of the door while covering an end face B2, and inner and outer surfaces B1, B3 over the whole door tip side vertical length of the door B. A mortise lock is directly mounted to the back face of an end face A1-cherron shape of the front guard, and a rim lock is directly mounted to an indoor side folded face A1-square shape. A door knob shaft, a cylinder lock, or the like is moved through a loose hole piercing the door to positively fit a latch and dead bolt to a frame receiver. The clearance between the frame and door is further covered with a hook-type front cover to prevent forced opening.</p> |
