PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize equipment a user can use easily when a program composed of music, image, etc., is distributed from a server to a client via a communication network and reproduced by the client. SOLUTION: The server stores a plurality of contents and a program file in which a plurality of contents to be supplied to client equipment and the sequence of reproduction are defined. An obtaining request of contents defined by the program file is received from the client via the communication network. The server provides the contents for which the request is received to the client. The client reproduces the obtained contents on the basis of the sequence defined by the program file. In the course of reproduction of a program, rapid forwarding and rewinding are enabled arbitrarily. |
