SOLUTION: A method for integrally managing customer information stored in a plurality of data bases by using a computer includes a storage process for storing a distribution instruction, an input process for inputting an extraction condition, an extraction process for extracting a customer matched with the extraction condition based on the customer information stored in all data bases, and a distribution process for distributing required information and a medium to the customer matched with the extraction condition in accordance with the distribution instruction.
