PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic application system for making information such as contents of an electronic document to be evidence at a conflict as information having authenticity by recording and storing the information such as the contents of an electronic document exchanged between an applicant and a person to be applied to. SOLUTION: An electronic authentication system 102 for recording and storing fact information of contents of an electronic document caused to flow on a communication path and arrival fact information that an electronic document sender surely transmits the electronic document and that an electronic document recipient surely receives the electronic document is installed between an applying client 101 and an application server 103, and the electronic authentication system 102 records and stores the contents of the electronic document exchanged between the applicant and the person to be applied to, transmission time, transmission fact information and reception fact information.
