SOLUTION: A transportation means information center 40 comprises a previous purchase processor 41 which generates use ticket information DR corresponding to a use ticket according to purchase request information DP on the use ticket sent from a portable communication terminal 10 and sends it to the portable communication terminal 10, a fare adjustment processor 42 which obtains an extra fare that the value of the use ticket information DR does not include according to the comparison result of the use ticket information DR sent from the portable communication terminal 10 and transportation route information DK, and a payment request device 43 which requests the payment source included in personal information DU sent from the portable communication terminal 10 to pay value for the use ticket information or the extra fare. |
