摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive adhesive sheet containing conductive fine particles regularly distributed in the sheet surface at a high density (the distance between adjacent conductive fine particles is <=20 &mu;m). SOLUTION: Conductive fine particles 4 is sucked on the sucking face of a particle suction apparatus 300 with a prescribed pattern. An adhesive layer 23 formed on a PET film 5 is pressed against the sucking face to include the conductive fine particles 4 sucked on the sucking face into the adhesive layer 23. The suction of the conductive fine particles 4 by the suction apparatus is released to remove the adhesive layer 23 from the sucking face. The perforated sheet member 1 constituting the sucking face of the suction apparatus 300 has through-holes 10 arranged in a manner corresponding to the distribution pattern of the conductive fine particles 4.
