PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail transceiving device that can set a condition under which the device transmits mail to a recipient or a condition under which the recipient receives mail. SOLUTION: The mail transceiving device transceiving mail via a mail server is provided with at least one proxy server, a storage device, and a terminal, and the storage device stores transmission conditions corresponding to recipient mail addresses. Upon the receipt of mail from the terminal, the mail server transmits the received mail to the proxy server, and the proxy server receiving the mail from the mail server transmits the received mail to the mail server corresponding to the recipient mail address when the transmission condition corresponding to the recipient mail address included in the received mail is satisfied. Furthermore, the proxy server stores mail not satisfying the transmission condition, confirms the transmission condition again in each prescribed timing and transmits the stored mail when the transmission condition is satisfied.
