PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of a material from a clearance of a plane of rotation to the external, even when both of a casing and a valve are made out of metal and fitted to one another with a clearance in a case when the resin and metallic materials heated and melted at high temperature are fluid. SOLUTION: The valve 5 is inserted into a valve insertion hole 3 pierced on the casing 1 in which a flow channel 2 for the heated and melted resin and metallic materials is formed, and comprises a mechanism for rotating the valve 5 for opening and closing the flow channel, and a metallic O-ring for preventing the leakage of the material from the clearance of the plane of rotation to the external.
