PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce working processes during execution or form working and assembly work, enhance strength and safety, and aim at a reduction in construction cost and multi-purpose use. SOLUTION: In a precast concrete block with angle adjustment, a finished front precast concrete plate 1 and a rear precast concrete plate 2 different from the plate 1 are assembled from an iron plate fixing bolt 3 and a coupling iron plate 4, and an angle adjusting plate 5 and an angle adjusting scale hole 6 are adjusted to fix an angle. In an execution method, this work makes the concrete blocks undergo row assembling or step assembling, for the purpose of making the concrete blocks coupled for integration by means of a coupling bolt screw and a coupling plate, and performing concrete filling.
