PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth cover method of a soft ground surface capable of simply executing an earth cover having a certain uniform thickness without being required for any extra-soil when the earth cover is executed and greatly reducing a construction cost. SOLUTION: The whole circumference is covered with a sheet-like material having permeability in the whole area or part thereof, a cloth-made form 1 formed in the shape of a plate having an earth cover material filling void inside thereof is spread over the surface of the soft ground 10 necessary for the earth cover to lay, an earth cover slurry obtained by stirring water mixed with the earth cover material of a granulated material is poured into the cloth-made form 1 by making use of a pump, the water is discharged from a permeable part of the cloth-made form 1, and earth cover material is accumulated inside thereof to form an earth cover layer A1 on the soft ground 10.
