PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize processing wherein such judgment and evaluation of a viewpoint as 'could not be viewed' or 'could not be confirmed' before are automated with fair standards. SOLUTION: A system which not only 'evaluates' an object only with information and conditions unique to its field, but also introduces external heterogeneous data information in evaluation standards is provided and the time base is added to three-dimensional information by a multidimensional and multi- layered filter function to 'evaluate' a total solid system, thereby obtaining fairness and openness. A communication function, a data retrieving function, a filter function, etc., are converted into real-time information to grasp the state of the object on time, and visibility is greatly improved by a solid graph. |
