摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool the heat of kneaded material generated by a kneading part, in a conveying part of downstream. SOLUTION: In this method for producing toner, toner is produced by conveying and kneading raw material by a two-shaft kneader 1 which is divided into the plural conveying parts 2, 4, 6 and kneading parts 3, 5. Therein, the conveying part 4 of downstream of the kneading parts 3 is made to have a set temperature which is <= the melting point of binder resin included in the raw material and the length LS of the conveying part 4 is set to be a length which is sufficient for cooling the heat of kneaded material generated by the kneading part with respect to the length LN of the kneading part. The length LS of the conveying part 4 is made to be 1.5-8 times of the length LN of the kneading part 3, therefore, the heat of kneaded material generated by the kneading part 3 can be cooled in the conveying part 4 of downstream and it is prevented that the kneaded material cannot be cooled satisfactorily, the temperature of the kneaded material cannot be lowered to the desired temperature, the kneaded material is cooled more than required, a kneading torque is increased and burdens the machine and, as a result, the producibility is made worse.</p>
