PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for certifying the normal use of computer software for certifying its regal use based on use permission at the time of using computer software in an enterprise. SOLUTION: The number of the acquired licenses of computer software which is being used in an enterprise is collated with the number of the actual install being the number of computer software which is being actually used by a computer for every kind and version of the computer software, and a difference between the number of the acquired licenses and the number of the actual install is detected so that the law-abiding use situations can be certified. |
