PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution method, a program therefor, a data processing method and a recording medium, which can easily and effectively protect various data from being copied against intention of a person who has a copyright at the time of distributing software through a network. SOLUTION: A specific identification code assigned to equipment at the destination of data distribution is acquired, and when this identification code is not matched with the equipment, data such as software are set so as to be difficult to normally process, and then distributed. |
