PURPOSE: Provided is a disposable swab with contents included which bends and bursts one part of a swab to flow the contents into sterile cotton and cure parts to be treated so that it is conveniently used in treatment and make-up. CONSTITUTION: In the disposable swab which includes the contents, the disposable swab with the contents included is characterized by comprising the parts of: a swab bar(1) which includes the contents(2) with one side(1-1) of the swab bar blocked; a groove(1-3) which is placed at one side of the swab bar to be burst when bending; and a groove(1-4) which is placed at both external sides of the swab bar to prevent sterile cotton(3,3-1) from being pushed from the swab bar.
