<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display screen edit device that can easily display a font with an excellent appearance on a display device and generate a display screen with an excellent appearance. SOLUTION: When an operator enters a new character string by an entry device 100, a menu image data generating device 1 automatically revises the attribute of the font of the entered character string based on the attribute of the font stored in a RAM 3 and a display device 110 displays the character string in the font with the revised attribute. Thus, it is not required for the operator of the display screen edit device to revise the attribute of the font for every entry of the character string so that the character string in the font with the excellent appearance can be displayed on the display device 110 with the result that the operator can create the display screen with an excellent appearance.</p> |
