<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking and unlocking implement for a fastener preventing the theft of inside personal belongings by mounting the locking and unlocking implement to the opening of a storage body unequipped with the locking and unlocking implement. SOLUTION: This locking and unlocking implement 10 for the fastener, provided at the fastener 3 is provided with a regulating means 14 provided near the fastener 3 and capable of advancing and retreating over an engagement part 5, and a locking and unlocking means 15 for advancing the regulating means 14 over the engagement part 5 and retreating the regulating means 14 into a position not interfering with the engagement part 5. In the state of an opening 2 being closed with the fastener 3, a slider 4 abuts on the regulating means 14 in the state of the regulating means 14 advancing over the engagement part 5, and the regulating means 14 regulates the sliding operation of the slider 4.</p> |
