<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem associated with the conventional high-frequency antenna switch module and to provide a small-sized high-frequency antenna switch module which can adapt itself to a reduction in a housing volume demar cated in communications equipment, and in addition, can reduce the influence of interference, etc., from an inductor element. SOLUTION: In this high-frequency antenna switch module, a choke circuit element which prevents leakage of high-frequency signals to the drive circuit of a high-frequency device in a high-frequency switching circuit is arranged as a chip inductor, in the uppermost layer of dielectric layers forming a laminated dielectric layer structure. In addition, the module is constituted to have at least one layer, which is formed so that the circuit pattern formed on the layer does not overlap the chip inductor in the laminated dielectric layer structure which is separated from the uppermost layer.</p> |
