<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the generation of troubles which deadlock submarine relay equipment fed with a submarine cable in the process of laying of the submarine cable. SOLUTION: Between a submarine relay equipment unit 101 and boots parts 102, 103, a spacer mechanism 140 occupying partly a space 141 in this part is provided. The spacer mechanism 140 is fitted to an arm part 108a with play, to further comprise disc-shaped first, second and third spacers 121, 122 and 123 successively arranged from a side of the boots 102. Diameters D1 , D2 and D3 of the first, second and third spacers 121, 122 and 123 are related by D3 >D2 >D1 . The first, second and third spacers 121, 122, 123 are inclined relative to the arm part 108a, the opening of the space is narrowed.</p> |
