PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet for an electroconductive layer provided with a releasing layer, firmly adhesive to a circuit board without causing squeeze-out of the adhesive layer from the cross-section of the circuit in the transfer of a conductor and enabling the transfer printing of an electroconductive layer or the transfer of a conductor layer with a resin substrate in a satisfactory state. SOLUTION: The transfer sheet for the electroconductive layer is a laminate composed of an adhesive layer, a conductive layer, a releasing layer and a resin film arranged in the order. The adhesive layer contains an adhesive resin produced by curing a polyester resin and an epoxy resin with an isocyanate.
