PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit unit or a unit case of excellent appearance at a lower cost and reduced in weight, and with improved shielding and dust-proof. SOLUTION: A plate material is press-formed (cutting and bending) to provided a case 10, and jointing of a case jointing part and the case 10 and a base member 20 are made at the same time. A circuit board 30 is fixed in the case 10. Fitting parts 14a-14d for fixing the circuit board 30 in the case 10 are formed by cutting and raising plate parts (overlapped plate parts 11a-11d) overlapping on the inside surface of the case.
