PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit having a high speed amplifier circuit. SOLUTION: An output of a pair of data line is amplified using amplifier circuits of two stages and outputted. In this circuit, an amplifier circuit of a latch type is used in an initial stage and a circuit having a MOS transistor receiving an output signal of the initial stage at a gate is used in a post stage. Therefore, an output signal is obtained at a high speed.
