INTEGRATED EDDY CURRENT SENSOR

PURPOSE: An integrated eddy current sensor is provided, which can check a crack by being applied to a plate required to check a crack as to various frequencies, and thus can remove the check-impossibility case due to noise according the frequency band. CONSTITUTION: The integrated eddy current sensor is for checking a crack of a power generation equipment or an important equipment, and includes a square core(32) inducing a magnetic flux when a power is supplied. A current input coil(33) is comprised by winding a coil at the center of the square core. And sensor coils(34,35,36) sense the magnetic flux by being located on a bottom plate of the square core. The square core is formed with a ferromagnetic material, and a copper wire is used as the current input coil. A comparative plate(31) making the flow of the magnetic flux smooth is included on the square core.
