PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust guide assembly for a new VGS turbocharger, having improved high-temperature heat resistance, oxidation resistance, hot hardness, high-temperature sliding performance or the like capable of withstanding a high temperature of about 1,000 deg.C. SOLUTION: Durability is improved by composing a constituent member of the exhaust guide assembly A, such as a variable blade 1, a turbine frame 2, or a varying mechanism 3, by superalloy and forming a coat of chromium carbide, titanium carbide, tungsten carbide, vanadium carbide, niobium carbide, molybdenum carbide or the like on the surface of the member.
