PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast program processing equipment which enables a user to obtain evaluation data of other viewers who have already viewed the broadcast program when the user reproduces and views the recorded broadcast program. SOLUTION: A broadcast program receiver 10 records a broadcast program received with a BS/CS tuner 13 or a ground wave tuner 18 in an HDD 24. When reproducing the recorded program, the evaluation data on the broadcast program of other viewers are obtained via the network using a mobile phone connected to a unit 22 for a mobile phone. The obtained evaluation data is output in association with the recorded program using an OSD circuit 28. The user can decide whether he or she will view the broadcast program using the other viewers evaluations for reference.
