PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption required for storing cold heat. SOLUTION: Absorbent 14 in the regenerator 15 of an absorption refrigerating machine 2 is heated by waste heat and an evaporation medium 14a absorbed to the absorbent 14 is separated by evaporation. Vapor of the evaporation medium 14a is then liquefied and supplied to the outer surface of the cooling pipe 22 of an evaporator 19 and the vapor of the evaporation medium 14a evaporating from the outer surface of the cooling pipe 22 is absorbed by a high concentration absorbent 14 separated from the evaporation medium 14a in order to accelerate evaporation thereof thus cooling refrigerant in the cooling pipe 22. Cold heat of refrigerant thus obtained is used for supercooling an ice generating fluid S flowing through the supercooler 5 of a supercooling ice generator 1 to the freezing point or below. Subsequently, supercooling of the ice generating fluid S is released thus producing ice slurry being stored in an ice slurry storage tank 6.
