PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform maintenance of a site system by unitarily managing information of the field system. SOLUTION: In the system for providing service information for maintenance of site systems A and B provided with equipments 3, 4 and 5, and 8, 9 and 10 installed at a site and control terminals 1 and 2, and 6 and 7 for controlling or monitoring the equipments, a computer system F, which is connected to terminals 14 and 15 installed at a design information providing destination C of the site systems A and B and terminals 16 and 17 installed at a maintenance and inspection information providing destination D for performing maintenance and inspection of the equipments or the control terminal of the field systems A and B through networks 70 and 71 and provided with databases 12 and 25 in which information about the site systems A and B is stored from the terminals and a maintenance server 11 for authenticating access allowance/ rejection to the databases and also performing charge processing of the user of a terminal to which access permission is given, is provided as a maintenance service information providing device. |
