PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for enabling a supplier to easily predict a customer having a possibility of canceling a contract. SOLUTION: A system is provided with utilization detail data management DB 9 for storing and managing utilization detail data that can be prepared by using traffic data, and a listing rule management DB 14 for storing and managing a listing rule for deciding and listing the customer having the possibility of canceling a contract in accordance with a utilization pattern of the customer. A supplier support system 11 stores a table 15 for customer classification for classifying a plurality of customers on the basis of history about speech communication. A cell ID is allocated to each cell of the table 15 for customer classification on the basis of the history about speech communication. The system 11 periodically analyzes the utilization detail data in the utilization detail data management DB 9, classifies each customer by using the table 15 for customer classification and attaches a cell ID to each customer in accordance with the classification results. The system 11 lists customers matching with a listing rule by referring to the listing rule in the listing rule management DB 14 and displays the results on a displayed image. |
