PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent substrate having high reliability without discontinuity in lines or peeling in the patterning step of a transparent conductive film, and to provide a manufacturing method threfor. SOLUTION: In the transparent substrate on which at least an organic polymer thin film layer is formed, the surface of the organic polymer thin film layer shows <=50 deg. contact angle with water and 0.1 nm to 5.0 nm center line average roughness. |
