PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anteroom unit allowing the short-term and easy installation of an anteroom for isolating a building from the outside when carrying in and out objects. SOLUTION: This anteroom unit is provided with a frame member 1 fixed to the periphery of an opening/closing part 3 provided at the exterior wall of the building, and an anteroom body 11 detachably connected to the frame member 1. The anteroom body 11 is covered with a floor 12, a ceiling 13 and side walls 14. An opening 15 communicating with the opening/closing part 3 is formed in one side wall 14, while the other side wall 14 is provided with an opening/closing means 17, and the anteroom body 11 can be connected to the frame member 1 by a conveying means.
