PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector and a freezing system using the same, capable of inhibiting the loss of effective energy and improving the efficiency of the ejector by making the primary fluid into unsteady flow with a relatively simple structure, and making the interface between the primary fluid and the secondary fluid nearly perpendicular to the flow direction of the fluid. SOLUTION: In the ejector 1 for sucking and/or increasing the pressure of the secondary fluid with the jets of the primary fluid, the unsteady flow of the primary fluid is produced so that the interface between the primary fluid and the secondary fluid is nearly perpendicular to the axial direction of the ejector.
