PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composite for electric insulation, and an enamel wire, which will not suffer from degradation of various characteristics even when the enamel wire is baked into a conductor more rapidly than in conventional cases. SOLUTION: The resin composite for electric insulation is made by blending a 100 weight parts of polyesterimide resin using imidodicarboxylic acid as equivalent ratio of 15 to 65 of acid component and tris-(2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate as equivalent ratio of 30 to 90 of alcohol component with a 0.1 to 10 weight parts of thermoplastic high molecular weight polyester resin of average molecular weight of 15,000 to 25,000, and the enamel wire is made by coating the composite on a conductor and baking it.
