PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal dehydrator for a pellet or the like of a rectangular work which can simply position a center of gravity of the pellet or the like at a revolving axial center when the pallet or the like is held and which can easily suppress a deflection due to a centrifugal force. SOLUTION: The pallet 3 or the like is held by holding means 4 and 14 so that a diagonal line of the pallet 3 or the like coincides with the revolving axial center. A pair of corners on the diagonal line of the pallet 3 or the like are held.
