PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-way valve suitable for switching of cooling and heating during a stop of an air conditioner and during operation through control of an inverter, reducing the generation of refrigerant flow noise, reduction of a cost, saving of electricity, and being of high quality. SOLUTION: A valve to switch a high temperature high pressure refrigerant and a valve to feed a low temperature low pressure refrigerant are caused to become independent, and a spring is used in a switch valve and the characteristics of an inverter are utilized.
