PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of indoor dew condensation without relying upon the construction of the heat insulation panel. SOLUTION: A frame fitted to a connecting end edge of an insulation panel 2 filled with an insulation material between its surface members comprises a female frame 1A having a channel portion 3 on the exterior surface in the longitudinal direction and a male frame 1B having a projected portion 10 fitted as densely as possible to the channel portion 3 on the exterior surface in the longitudinal direction, the frames 1A and 1B are respectively made by two-part pieces 4, 4 and 11, 11 separated to the right and left and are connected without contact between two light and left pieces by weak thermal conducting materials 8 and 15 within the range of the channel portions 3 and the projected portion 10.
