PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyacetal resin composition with remarkably suppressed gloss on the surface of its product without loosing the mechanical properties and extrudability intrinsic in polyacetal resins. SOLUTION: This polyacetal resin composition is a mixture of 99-40 wt.% of (A) a polyacetal resin component and 1-60 wt.% of (B) a resin selected from the group consisting of (B1) a polyamide resin and (B2) a nitrogen-containing polymer, wherein (A) the polyacetal resin component comprises 99.9-9-0 pts.wt. of (A1) a polyacetal resin and 0.1-100 pts.wt. of (A2) a modified polyacetal resin having 1-200 mmol/kg of carboxyl groups in its molecule.
