Machine consists of a frame with an upright carrying a vertically movable support for a tyre. The support allows the tyre to be rotated around its axis and makes contact with the tyre solely in a toroid section that is positioned vertically when the tyre is on the machine. The support has thrust rollers retaining arms that hold the tyre beads apart, and driven roller that rotates it.
