My invention is a magnetic, gas pump handle holder. It is used to hold the lever of a gas pump handle when filling gas, so the operator doesn't have to stand there holding the handle themselves. My invention is a one-piece, rigid unit with an opening t o fit around the lever and upper portion of the gas pump handle. There is a magnet on one end of the unit. Once the gas pump nozzle is in the person's gas tank, the lever is manually raised to initiate gas flow. The 'holder' then takes the place of the person's hand , encompassing the lever and the upper portion of the handle, thus automatical ly holding the lever in the upright position, maintaining the gas flow. The magnet on t he 'holder' will enable the operator to store the 'holder' on anything metal, such as th e inside of his gas tank door.
