PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment processor which prevents IC equipment from illegally used, an IC equipment system, a method for using the IC equipment, and an IC card processor which prevents an IC card from illegally used. SOLUTION: The equipment processor 15 is equipped with a communication part 51 which receives the time when communication process is performed by communicating with the IC equipment 11 equipped with a means for storing the time and a stopping means 57 which stops the communication by the communication part 51 with the IC equipment 11 when the time difference between the time when the communication part 51 communicates with the IC equipment 11 and the time when the IC equipment 11 receives exceeds a specific value.
