PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately reproduce latent images of high contrast and high resolution and to respond to a small-size and fast device. SOLUTION: The photoreceptor cartridge is equipped with at least a photoreceptor 1 and an electrifying device 2. The photoreceptor 1 has a photosensitive layer containing oxytitanium phthalocyanine showing the Bragg angle (2θ±0.2) at 27.3 deg. in the X-ray diffraction for the CuKαline. The electrifying device 2 has an elastic layer forming the contact face with the photoreceptor 1, and the elastic layer contains at least either styrene-based thermoplastic elastomers or olefin-based thermoplastic elastomers and a conductive filler.
