PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in the case that the location of a terminal attached on a body is calculated from a cell structure using a mobile communication system, and a searcher tries to connect the terminal in a non-public mode from the calculated location, and once a connection is established, the location is obtained and captured with a directional antenna or the like of the searcher, if there is a large calculation error, initial connection is difficult to establish or a terminal is required to have an exclusive automatical responding terminal in the non-public mode. SOLUTION: The use of a position searching and capturing system is not limited to the connection in a non-public mode, but is extended to communication between the terminal to be searched in a public mode. The location can be searched for and captured even in a communication process until a connection is established.
