PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a high-frequency circuit device and communications equipment for surely intercept propagation of spurious mode by means of spurious mode propagation intercepting circuits, having limited areas. SOLUTION: The spurious mode propagation intercepting circuits 3, each of which is composed of strip-like lines which are constituted by alternately connecting high-impedance lines and low-impedance lines in series, in a direction perpendicular to the propagation direction of electromagnetic waves of a grounded coplanar line 1 for a transmission are respectively formed on the upper and lower surfaces of a dielectric board. At forming of the circuits 3, the high- and low-impedances lines are arranged to face each other on the upper and lower surface of the dielectric board. Consequently, the propagation of the spurious mode, such as parallel plate mode, etc., can be suppressed efficiently by means of the spurious mode propagation intercepting circuits 3 having limited areas.
