PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester resin composition and to provide heat shrinkable film shaped bodies (film and sheet) excellent in transparency, plasticization efficiency, and in bleed resistance. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition contains 100 pts.wt. of a polyester resin and 1-100 pts.wt. of a dialkyl ester terephthalate with a 3-18c alkyl group. The polyester resin may be a non-crystalline polyester resin (such as a resin constituted of a terephthalic acid residue, a ethylene glycol residue, and a cyclohexane dimethanol residue). The dialkyl terephthalate may be di-n- butyl terephthalate, di-i-butyl terephthalate, di-2-ethylhexyl terephthalate, or the like. The heat shrinkable film shaped bodies are manufactured by using the polyester resin composition.
