PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk holder which can reliably hold an information recording disk such as a digital video disk(DVD), a compact disk(CD) and a compact-disk recordable(CD-R) and effectively prevent breakages in taking out from occurring. SOLUTION: A holding body 14 which detachably engages in a center hole of a disk 18 is provided to protrude from a body 13. The holding body 14 is provided so that it can come into contact with and separate from the body 13 by an elastic support base 15. The support base 15 is provided at a plurality of positions. Strength of at least one of the plurality of support bases 15 is made to be weaker than that of other bases 15.
