PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with management function in which a variety of bag can be easily manufactured, easily and reliably openable/ closable seals can be performed, various kinds of information can be easily described and transferred to other parts and management property is improved. SOLUTION: In this packaging bag 1 with management function, a transparent sheet 2 and a base sheet 3 are affixed in a bag shape to an outer edge 8 other than an outer edge 7 of an opening, and the content is visually recognized. This base sheet 3 comprises an adhesive sealing layer (a releasing sheet 4), an adhesive layer 5 and a base sheet layer 6 which are provided in this order. The outer edge 8 other than the outer edge 7 of the opening of the adhesive layer 5 is not covered by the adhesive sealing layer (the releasing sheet 4), and the transparent sheet 2 and the base sheet 3 are adhered to each other by the outer edge 8 of the not-covered adhesive layer 5.
