PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double packing apparatus for perishable food, fresh flowers and other various kinds of articles whose freshness in particular is required. SOLUTION: A plurality of vertical vent holes (4a), (4b), (14a-1), (14a-2), (14a-3), (14a-4) and (14b) are to correspondingly align directly on a vertical line (Y-Y); and a plurality of lateral vent holes (5a), (5b), (6a), (6b), (15a), (15b), (16a) and (16b) are to correspondingly align directly on a horizontal line (X-X) when an article (E) received in an inner box (S) is double packed by an outer box (L). These holes are respectively opened and distributed on the inner box (S) and the outer box (L).
