PURPOSE: Provided is a cationic, acrylic electro-deposition paint composition which has inherent function of general electro-deposition paint composition, and which does not show the change of gloss and color at high temperature of 230 deg.C or more, and which does not comprises heavy metal components harmful to human body. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 70-85 parts by weight(based on 100 parts by weight of the composition) of cationic, acrylic electro-deposition resin modified by silicon, and 10-20 parts by weight of polyurethane crosslinking agent produced by reacting isophorone diisocyanate blocked by methylethyl ketoxime with trimethylol propane. The electro-deposition resin comprises (a) 10-18 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl acrylate(based on 100 parts by weight of the resin), (b) 4-8 parts by weight of (N,N-dimethyl)aminoethyl methacrylate, and (c) 10-30 parts by weight of silicon intermediate. |
