PURPOSE: A wound healing composition containing collagen type I, collagen type V, collagen type X and a mixture thereof separated from a yolk membrane of an egg as an effective ingredient is provided which is excellent in skin-renewal capability and environment friendly. CONSTITUTION: This wound healing composition contains collagen type I, collagen type V, collagen type X and a mixture thereof separated from a yolk membrane of egg, antibiotic and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier is a binder such as polyvinylpyrrolidone or hydroxypropyl cellulose, a disintegrating agent such as potassium carboxymethyl cellulose or sodium starch glycolate, a diluent such as corn starch, lactose, soybean oil, crystalline cellulose or mannitol, a glidant such as magnesium stearate or talc, a stabilizer such as sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, cyclodextrin or citric acid, a preservative or a flavoring material. |
