PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a game ball which blows materials including EVA or its blend by an injection press so that it enables to get products as same shape as pre-existing ones. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the game ball comprises the steps of: (i) adding azodicarbonamide, sulfonyl hydrazine and urea as a foaming agent, peroxides as a cross-linking agent, stearic acid and waxes as a dispersion agent and CaCO3, MgCO3, mica or so on as an inorganic filler into the materials including EVA or its blend; (ii) placing a mold into an injection press and moving a compound material into an injector cylinder for injecting at 80-100deg.C in an injector and approximate 150-190deg.C in a press plate for about 400-2000seconds in curing time; and (iii) cooling at 40deg.C for 10-30 minutes.
