PURPOSE: A heat pipe and manufacturing method of the same are provided to prevent inferior production and to improve heat transfer performance. CONSTITUTION: A heat pipe comprises a copper pipe returning condensed working fluid(V) to an evaporating part and having a wick(W) inserted therein to generate capillary force and to improve heat transfer performance; a heat pipe main body having a rod-shaped shaft tube part formed thereon and comprising a closed part(21) closing one side of the copper pipe, a multi-stepped finishing pipe insertion part(221) and a pressed part(222) formed on the other side of the copper pipe and an injection port to which the working fluid is injected; a tubular finishing pipe(3) joined to the finishing pipe insertion part of the heat pipe main body; and a heat transfer lead(4) molded into the finishing pipe.
